Clear Horizons Early College High School, located at San Jacinto College South, enables and encourages high school students to be first generation college students. CCEF is proud to supplement instructional funding for students who simultaneously earn a college associates degree and a high school diploma upon graduation. Today at our board meeting, we awarded $60,000 for the 2020-2021 school year bringing the total to $565,000 since 2011!
